Friday's Twist&Shout is going to meander its way downtown! The city has put in an effort to clean up and move out the folks camping along the trails. Also a new section of the Coyote trail has been added to complete the route. Let's enjoy a ride on a few lightly traveled, clean and beautiful urban trails.

Meet at 9:45 to sign in for a 10:00 departure near the restrooms and bocce ball courts at Almaden Lake Park.

Friday's hammerfest ride includes short, steep ascents ( some 15% gradients) climbing around the Hellyer and Communication Hill areas.

The ride will be led at a Moderate pace with regroups at most hilltops.
