For participants arriving on Tuesday, we’ll have a short afternoon ride starting from the Tuolumne Meadows Store and climbing to the summit entrance station (and a little further to Ellery Lake). We will experience some fantastic Yosemite National Park high country vistas while avoiding the tough climb up from Lee Vining! NO LUNCH STOP on this ride - pack lunch or grab something to eat at the store before the start. Riders should be comfortable riding on a relatively narrow road with speed limits of 45-50 mph. Keep your park entrance receipt or annual pass handy as we will leave and re-enter the park on this ride. This ride is co-listed with ACTC.
