We’re putting in the work this week as we prep for our longest ride yet…a 1400km brevet that will take us across the length of the United Kingdom. Which means, we got some miles to get in the legs this week. You’re more than welcome to join us for our training rides. We have some specific efforts to do during the ride, but they’re not insane…and we can always regroup too. Join for some…or all. If you do join, remember to bring your flat fixing gear (and the knowledge of how to use it), your helmet (mandatory), plenty of nutrition and your good vibes!

🥵 Pace: 13-15mph (all folks welcome)
🤝 Pace: We have 4x20 min tempo efforts so we’ll do this on the climbs or at different sections (so a little push, not crazy) the other time, will be steady zone 2.
☕️ Hangs: Maybe a Stinson Coffee stop (let’s see) Rich needs to be back by 1pm, so TBD
