30 mi, 5 LM, 3650 ft; Montebello,Stevens Canyon

Start at the Argonaut Shopping Center Safeway parking lot in Saratoga. We'll leave at 10am and make our way through Saratoga towards Stevens Creek Reservoir to climb Montebello. I'll lead at a mellow pace, but feel free to hammer if you like. (We are NOT going past the gate into the gravel, despite what the route sheet says.) After that, we'll head back south for a cool climb in the shade to the end of Stevens Canyon Rd. Then it's back up Mt. Eden (in the gentler direction) and a nice downhill to the finish.
