From Nicasio, ride past the Cheese Factory and over the Marshall Wall (the easier direction). Return via the Bovine Bakery in Pt. Reyes Station. Lunch can be either outside at the Marshall Store (bring your lunch or buy it there--but they have a limited menu on Wednesdays), or if you can wait, at Point Reyes Station. Be prepared for fog at the coast.
