Hey all! Sorry for the late post, everyone is at Lost and Found or Sand City this weekend.

It’s going to be hot tomorrow, so we’re heading to the coast!

We will be going up OLH, take 84 down to Stage, and then head over to Pescadero for coffee and pastries. We’ll then do a small loop on Hwy 1 before making our way back via West Alpine, where we will all inevitably bonk and get in some horrible, horrible heat training on the second half.

Pace : I’ll probably aim for a ~23min OLH, about 3w/kg down 84 and stage, and then give it whatever little I have left up West Alpine.
