Hi Friends,

I adopted this ride lead from Kessler who apparently had Adam make the route for him, so if riding some of the best roads on Earth is terrible and we hate it, blame them. We are going to start by taking Sandhill up to OLH and first quick regroup at Skylonda. We will then descend 84 to Pescadero Creek Road and go over the back side of Haskins down into Pescadero for a longer rest, though not as long as our usual Pesky visits because we’ve got some ground to cover. We will take Gazos Creek road to 1 down to Bonny Doon road. There is water at the corner of Bonny Doon and Ice Cream Grade if we need it, but I’m planning on not regrouping properly until the fire station at the corner of Jamison Creek and Hwy 9 where the water is easier to find and not with another 1000ft of the climb above you. From there we climb through Big Basin and take Skyline to Pagemill before descending back into town.

There isn’t a good place to get more food after we leave pescadero so make sure you leave home with plenty of fuel.
