Scared of Mt Lions? Try this straight out of Sideways route down Santa Rosa Road, turn around 2 miles short of Highway 1 and back to Solvang. On the way back we'll go straight past the Ostriches and tackle that nice little hill at the edge of town. Helmets, cheerful attitudes, and minimal navigation skills. Rain cancels. Temps will be cooler but still two water bottles would be a good idea.
