Join us for the kick off our Road To Levis Training Series! This series as designed as a progression of workouts to get the legs ready for the Levis Gran Fondo in April!
We will be co hosting this series with our friends from Pacos in Mill Valley.
Each week we will have a new set of intervals, this week we will be doing 3x10 min threshold.
