Tucson Getaway Day 1 Saguaro National Park West. Rain rain go away, we are off to Tucson for a few days! We will encounter some urban riding before we climb Gates Pass and continue on to the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum where we will take a short snack break. Then we get to climb Gates Pass again, yeah! Our return will be on the Tucson Loop Trail, a 131 mile multi use trail that makes Tucson a very cycle friendly city. Please bring enough water and snacks for the whole ride. Part of this ride is remote and I hear there are goatheads, so be sure to have all the necessary tools, tubes, and a pump.
