Third try's a charm?

Emerald Hills, but without the Cross and on different roads. Route by way of Woodside and return via Stanford. Lunch in Los Altos near the end. No long climbs but lots of little ups and downs. Probably a few surprises.  Hopefully more pleasant than grueling.
