There are lots of 'backroads' routes through the Saratoga area.  Here's one that may well use roads you've never taken.  This is a scenic tour staying off the roads more often travelled.  There is climbing, but nothing severe.  There is a bit of dirt, but ridable on skinny road wheels. And there is lots of gorgeous scenery.
