52 mi, 2 LM, 2700 ft; Birthday Ride

Calling all January babies and friends to come and celebrate with us. This is a socially convivial trek to Pt Lobos, along the sumptuous 17 Mile Drive in Pacific Grove. Ye'll find nary a goat on this journey, but ye may discover mediocre climbage, as if that's a good thing. Meet at the Walmart in Marina at 9:45, and be roller ready by 10:00. Ride will be led at LM pace, with regroups as needed. Guests are welcome. Bring water, snacks, provisions, and/or $$ as we will stop at Safeway (at mile marker 27.5; 4 miles after to lunch) to purvey any last minute edibles for our picnic at Pt Lobos.
