This ride will leave from the Martinez AMTRAK station (by flag pole) at 8:30 a.m. The ride host plans to take 5-1/2 hours to reach Davis and then return to Martinez on Amtrak.

The ride is restricted to 15 people due to limited bike rack space on AMTRAK

Trains leave Davis at 1:09 p.m., 2:39 p.m. and 4:09 p.m.  The train trip back to Martinez is 45 minutes.

You should purchase train tickets  in advance.  If you do purchase train tickets in advance, you should wait to make sure the weather will be good on Wednesday and the ride won’t be cancelled.  If the air quality turns bad the $16 Adult ticket is 100% refundable if cancelled before departure.
