This Sunday we will head to Big Basin through Pagemill. This is a good opportunity to stretch the legs and accumulate some miles before the expected next week’s rain forecast.

We will remain in lower Endurance pace in flat/roller sections (~ 2.5 W/kg pace) . Feel free ride the two longer climbs (Pagemill and Bear creek) at your own pace. We will have a quick water stop at the fire station on skyline before the 4 corners, a 10 min stop in Boulder Creek for food/water, and another quick water stop at castle rock.
