We’ll drive down to Santa Barbara today for a loop through the beach/harbor area and Mountain Drive followed by (for those willing) an assault on Gibraltar Road - a California cycling icon! Options for cycling only the Mountain Drive loop, climbing Gibraltar to a great viewpoint, or the full loop through the mountains. Full loop riders will be rewarded with incredible views but must be prepared for steep descents on rough roads! C/D riders should pack a lunch to eat on the summit. All riders pack plenty of snacks and water!

START: Meet at Oak Park Stage in West Santa Barbara (600 West Junipero St, Santa Barbara) at 9:15 for a 9:30 start (restrooms/water). If lot is full park on surrounding streets. Start is 45 minute drive from Solvang. NOTE: there are multiple “Oak Parks” in SB – use correct address!
