Easy Caltrain ride from San Jose. If you drive, park in the shade in the Whole Foods, Orange, or Pear Parking garages or in the sun in the Murphy surface lot. Ride goes thru Sunnyvale, Los Altos, Palo Alto, and Mountain View mostly on quiet streets and trails (with some unpaved sections) where we can ride side by side and socialize. Trails include Stevens Creek Trail, Los Altos Hetch Hetchy Trail, Gunn High School Trail, Bol Park Bike Path, Abobe Creek Trail, and Bay Trail. Many outdoor eating options on the Murphy Street plaza -- although fewer on Monday than on other days. Eat/drink outside next to your bike.
