Join us for our weekly training series! These training rides follow a natural 4 week progression and are a great plan to follow if you looking to sharpen the spear ahead of your next race.
The routes may vary slightly based on intervals and length but they will remain in the same area for the most part. Your ride leader will specify the intended route at the beginning of each ride.
For the 5th Tuesday of the month we will run a rest week and do a nice headlands loop and grab coffee back in the city for those interested. Training will resume on the next Tuesday.
