Ride Description

This week, we’re throwing our support behind #TAMWEEK—and we’d love for you to roll with us.

📍 Mt. Tam is calling, and as always, Thursdays.cc is about showing up with intention, community, and a bit of that hill-hungry spirit. Whether you’re chasing a PR, stacking base miles, or just love a foggy summit (or not—let’s see what we get up there), this ride’s for you.

đŸ’„ Expect good legs, better vibes, and a proper coffee stop back at PixlCat.

We’re rolling out from the Golden Gate Bridge Welcome Center at 6:30am, heading toward Mill Valley where the fun begins. We’re taking Marion to Four Corners—our go-to Tam route.

🌉 We know some of you have to get back to work, so here’s the deal:

At Four Corners, you choose: turn back to the city or keep going toward the summit.
Either way, you’ve earned the climb.
🔁 Steady pace until Mill Valley
🚀 The summit is yours... Ride your own pace up

Looking forward to seeing you all there!

Waiver:
Thursday Love Thursday (TLT) Training Rides – What You Need to Know. To keep things safe and fun for everyone, we’ve got a few guidelines and terms to share. By riding with us, you’re agreeing to these terms. Sound good? Let’s roll.

  1. You’re Responsible for You
Riding bikes is awesome, but it comes with risks. Cars, potholes, weather, and other riders can make things unpredictable. By joining the ride, you understand those risks and agree to ride at your own risk. If something happens, the ride leaders and organizers aren’t responsible.

  2. We’re Here to Guide, Not Guarantee
The ride leaders are volunteers—they’re here to help keep things organized and safe, but they’re not perfect (or professional safety experts). They’ll call out hazards, set the pace, and regroup when needed, but ultimately, you’re in charge of your own safety.

  3. Keep It Safe and Legal
    Wear your helmet—always.
Follow the rules of the road. Stop at stop signs, signal your turns, and be courteous to others on the road.
Stay as far to the right as it’s safe to do, and ride single file if the lane is narrow.

  4. Come Prepared
    Make sure you’ve got:
A helmet (can’t stress this enough!).
A spare inner tube, tire levers, and a way to inflate your tires.
Water, snacks, and layers for changing weather.
A charged phone and a little cash or card for emergencies.

  5. You’re Responsible for What You Do
By joining this ride, you agree to take responsibility for your actions. If you cause any damage or injuries to yourself, others, or property, it’s on you—not the ride leaders or organizers. You also agree not to hold us responsible for anything that happens during the ride, even if it's due to a mistake on our part.

  6. Photos
We might take some photos and videos that include you during the ride to share on social media, our website, or other public channels. By participating, you’re giving us permission to use, edit, and share this media perpetually -- without compensation. If you'd prefer not to be included, just let us know before the ride starts, and we’ll make sure you’re not featured.

  7. By Joining, You’re Saying “I Agree”
Whether you click "I'm in" on Strava or just show up, by riding with us, you’re agreeing to these terms. If you’re not okay with that, no worries—you can always catch us on another ride when you’re ready.
