A slightly later start to help acclimate to standard time change this weekend.

Modified Twist&Shout Almaden Maze ride V2.2 has more twists and climbs. Adding Nikulina Ct., Echo Ridge, Eagle Valley Ct. Plus an option to climb a section of Scenic Vista to View Oak from the top of Via Santa Teresa.

Meet at 10:15 to sign in for a 10:30 departure near the restrooms and bocce ball courts at Almaden Lake Park.

Friday's hammerfest ride includes short, steep ascents (15%+ gradients) on Paso Los Cerritos, Wooded Lake Dr, Rimrock Dr, Queensbridge/Mockingbird and Via Santa Teresa.

The ride will be led at a Moderate pace with regroups at hilltops. All paces and bike types are welcome.
