New Social Climbers "C" ride . This is a social paced C ride with multiple regroups (so that no one gets dropped). There is one steep section of this ride (Redwood Gulch !) and otherwise the climbing is pretty moderate, There is also a 1 mile section of flat hard packed dirt on the Los Gatos Creek Trail but this is no problem.  What is a problem is the 50 yard steeper and rocky section at the beginning of this trail and I strongly recommend that you walk down it (I know I will).

This is the next ride in a series of weekly  impromptu rides through the Santa Cruz Mountains and Coast, all at a C pace.
